If you think waiting in line for hours for a COVID test to visit your friend’s apartment for dinner was extreme, it’s nothing compared to the lengths the other half is willing to go for a luxury vacation right now. While travel, for many of us, has been put on hold for the foreseeable future (yet again), the ultra-wealthy have been jetting off all lockdown long. It’s certainly costing them, but from on-demand testing concierges to private jets and foreign passports, they’re willing to pay big bucks for the chance to escape.
