Anna Delvey Is Out Of Prison… And Now On Twitter

Grab some truffle popcorn, people – everyone’s favorite fake German heiress is out of prison… and already gearing up to take over Twitter.

After a couple of years in the can, Anna Sorokin (a.k.a. Anna Delvey) was released from the Albion Correctional Facility in upstate New York on Thursday according to Insider. In 2019 she was convicted of second-degree grand larceny, theft of services, and one count of first-degree attempted grand larceny as a result of her shenanigans defrauding banks and high-end hotels by posing as a wealthy socialite, and was sentenced to four to 12 years in prison. Due to her good behavior, she was let out early on parole.

As predicted, that means she’ll be able to watch Shonda Rhimes’s upcoming Netflix series based on her story from the comfort, of, well, definitely not a hotel room at 11 Howard, but somewhere probably a bit more comfortable than a jail cell. Good for her!

And while the so-called “Soho Grifter” has managed to keep people plenty captivated with her colorful diary dispatches from prison, those craving more of her firsthand thoughts are in luck: it appears she’s already resurfaced on social media with a new Twitter account

Wonder how long it’ll be before she gets a blue check…
